Colebrooke Park is today an example of what can be done to an historic Irish Stately Home, built in the late 1600s, to bring it up to a luxurious standard for the visitor of today. Above all it has the space where members of a large group of guests can stay in complete privacy. Ideal for Weddings, House Party Breaks, Family Gatherings or as a Corporate Venue with a difference, all in the heart of Northern Ireland's lush countryside.

In keeping with the stately exterior of Colebrooke House, guests enter through the grand entrance beneath the portico into a large hall which leads through immense mahogany doors to the back hall and its impressive main staircase. This area is wonderful for meeting and greeting guests, serving drinks and mingling.

Then, depending on numbers, guests can either make their way to the Library which seats up to 12 guests and/or the Drawing Room which seats a further 24, all in great comfort and in magnificent surroundings.

The Dining Room seats up to 28 guests at one large table and up to 100 in other formats - making it particulary well suited for Corporate Entertaining, Private Dinner Parties and Weddings.

In addition to these large reception rooms, there is a large billiard room, another small sitting room and a small dining room that will seat up to 15 people.

Colebrooke Park can accommodate up to a maximum of 300 guests for receptions with a great deal of flexibility and with that all important personal touch that is so often missing in large hotels.

As well as the various combinations of rooms on offer in the main house Colebrooke also provides guests with charming outdoor features such as the sunken garden and surrounding area which is a haven of tranquillity.

There is also a dry grassed lawn at the side of the house suitable for a large marquee, demonstrations, exhibits or as a pleasant area to congregate on sunny days.

There are 12 comfortable double bedrooms and 1 single room which have all been individually and tastefully decorated by Lady Brookeborough. Large and with period furniture in keeping with the feel of the house, each has its own private bathroom and most importantly ... plenty of hot water!

Still within the house but located towards the rear is the fully equipped Conference Suite. Accommodating up to 70, the suite provides all necessary facilities for business users including overhead projector and screen, television and video, phone, fax and email lines.
